Please note that with the exception of just a few, all of these services and amenities are included in the monthly service fee.

Jacuzzi - Flexible health care program
- Tennis and shuffleboard courts, putting green and horseshoe pit
- Beauty/barber shop
- On-site bank branch
- Card and club rooms and billiard table
- Resident libraries
- Arts and crafts room and woodworking shop
- Walking paths and resident gardens
- Outdoor barbecue and picnic areas
- Two-car attached garage with every villa
- Open parking for apartments
- Guest accommodations
- Concierge service 365 days per year

Linda Fox-Jarvis and Team has partnered with the Atlantic Shores Sales & Marketing Department in order to agressively market and sell resale units on the Atlantic Shores campus.
Linda Fox-Jarvis and Team RE/MAX Allegiance will maintain an on-site office at Alantic Shores to market and sell the units. Linda and her team recognize the additional value of helping prospective residents with the process of selling their existing houses.
